By using this website or buying services from Eagle Digital Services Ltd, you agree to the terms below. They are written to be clear and fair for both sides.

Our services

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, and we agree the scope, deliverables and timelines with you before we start. Monthly plans are billed in advance and run month to month.

Packages and payment

The price shown for a package is the price you pay. Websites and other one-off packages are paid in two parts: half to start and half when you approve the work, before it goes live. One-off packages under £250 are paid in full when you order. Monthly packages are billed in advance. Card payments are taken securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details. Each package lists exactly what is included.

Ad spend

Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform and is separate from our fees.

Your website and content

Once your final payment is received, the website files, domain and content created for you belong to you.

Chatbots and automation

Chatbot set-up fees are paid in two parts: half to start and half when you approve the chatbot, before it goes live. The monthly fee starts on the day the chatbot goes live and is billed monthly in advance. It covers hosting, usage and updates. You can cancel at the end of any billing month, after which the chatbot is switched off and we send you the content we prepared for it on request. Automation workflows are a one-off price. If a workflow needs a paid app or messaging service, we tell you the cost before you pay.

A chatbot answers visitors automatically from the information you give us, so please keep that information up to date and tell us when your prices, hours or services change. We handle your visitors' messages on your behalf and agree data-processing terms with you in writing before launch, including the providers we use to run the chatbot.

Results

Platforms, audiences and algorithms change over time, so each package is priced on the work we deliver, not on a particular follower or revenue figure. Your monthly report shows clearly how things are performing.

Cancelling a monthly plan

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep the service you have already paid for. For business customers, fees for work already started are not refunded unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your right to cancel as a consumer

If you are buying as a consumer (an individual acting for personal rather than business purposes), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to a service, without giving a reason. If you would like us to start work within those 14 days, we will ask for your clear request to do so, and if you then cancel, you pay a fair amount for the work done up to that point. To cancel, email info@eagledigitalservices.co.uk with your name and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

If you ask us to start within the 14 days and we complete the work within that time, your right to cancel ends once the work is complete. You can use this model wording or write your own: "To Eagle Digital Services Ltd, info@eagledigitalservices.co.uk: I cancel my contract for [package], ordered on [date]. Name, address and date."

Working together

We need timely access to the accounts, content and approvals required to deliver the work. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for the content you ask us to publish.

Third-party platforms

We follow each platform's rules and best practice. Decisions made by third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook or Google, including changes, suspensions or bans, are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
