What we collect and why

• The details you send us in an enquiry, such as your name, email address, phone number and message, so that we can reply and prepare your consultation and quote.
• Information you share while we work together, so that we can deliver your services and keep you updated.
• Basic billing information when you become a client, so that we can invoice you and keep our accounts.
• When you use our website message box: your message and the name, email address or phone number you choose to leave.
• When you pay online: your name, email, phone number, billing address and, if you add one, your VAT number, plus a record of the payment. Stripe shows us only the card type and the last four digits.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, deliver the services you ask for and meet our legal and accounting duties. Where we rely on our legitimate interests, we keep our use fair and proportionate.

Our lawful bases

• Replying to enquiries and preparing consultations and quotes: our legitimate interests in running our business and helping people who contact us.
• Delivering services and invoicing: to carry out our contract with you.
• Keeping accounting and tax records: our legal obligations.
• Sending you updates you have asked for: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business, such as our email, hosting, messaging and payment providers, and only for that purpose. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details securely, so we never see or store your full card number. Some of these providers, such as Stripe, may process information outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Messages you send through the website message box are forwarded to our team by email. Messages you send through the chat or message box are also forwarded to our team by a push-notification service so that we can reply quickly.

Access to your accounts

We never ask for your passwords. If we need access to a social media or advertising account, we ask you to add us through the platform's own role or permission settings, so you stay in control and can remove access whenever you like.

Cookies

This website keeps things simple: it uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months.
• Client records and invoices: for 6 years after the end of the financial year, to meet accounting and tax requirements.
• Marketing messages, if you ask to receive them: until you ask us to stop.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict how we use it, to object to our use of it, to move it to another provider, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
